Crab Council

You are a crab politician, fighting to lead your nation to safety and prosperity. To do this, you have drafted a brilliant policy that you will have to get enacted in crab parliament. Unfortunately, that parliament is filled with your fellow politicians, whose ideas will surely doom the nation forever. Try to get your own policy enacted, but more importantly, make sure your colleagues DO NOT ENACT THEIRS. They are hacks, and will ruin the glorious crabtopia you are trying to build. 

You will have to build temporary alliances and make shady deals if you want to succeed. But it’s all for the best- after all, as everyone knows: in politics, there is only one winner.

This is a short, silly game of crabby politics that can be played in 30-60 minutes. It has no game master, and requires at least 3 players, but it really shines with 5 players or more.

You'll be having nonsensical discussions about your policies with your fellow crab-politicians, none of which matter because you'll be doing everything you can to sabotage their efforts anyways. Eventually, you'll probably succeed in getting absolutely nothing done, but unlike in real life, it'll be funny, because you're all crabs, and crabs are silly little guys. Just look at them.
